Getting There

  • Walking

    From York Minster, head south on Minster Yard towards High Petergate. Continue on High Petergate, then turn right onto Stonegate. Walk straight until you reach the end of Stonegate, then turn left onto Petergate. Continue walking until you reach the traffic lights at the junction with Ousegate. Cross the road at the traffic lights and head down Ousegate, then take the first left onto Coffee Yard. Barley Hall will be on your right at 2 Coffee Yard.

    If you are starting from the Shambles, walk towards the end of the Shambles and turn left onto Parliament Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with St. Helen's Square. Cross the square and continue onto Ousegate. Take the first left onto Coffee Yard, and Barley Hall will be on your right at 2 Coffee Yard.

    From the York Railway Station, exit and head towards the city center. Walk along Station Road until you reach the traffic lights at the junction with Blossom Street.
