From Aigua, head southeast on Route 9 (Ruta 9) towards Rocha. After approximately 22 km, take the exit toward Route 303 (Ruta 303). Continue on Route 303 for about 9 km until you reach the Fortress of Santa Teresa, located on the right side of the road. There is ample parking available near the entrance.

To reach the Fortress of Santa Teresa via public transportation, first, take a local bus from Aigua to Rocha. Buses run regularly, and the trip takes about 30-40 minutes. Once in Rocha, transfer to a bus heading to Punta del Diablo, which will stop near the Fortress of Santa Teresa. Confirm with the driver to ensure you get off at the correct stop, which is approximately a 15-minute ride from Rocha. The Fortress is a short walk from the bus stop.
