Follow Ruta 5 for approximately 15 kilometers. Look for the sign indicating 'Palace Cave' (Cueva del Palacio) and turn left onto Trazado Antiguo. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the entrance to Palace Cave, located at km 235.
