If you are driving from the center of Cerro Pan de Azúcar, head northwest on Route 9 (Ruta 9) towards Piriápolis. After about 20 minutes, you will reach the intersection with Route 37 (Ruta 37). Turn left onto Route 37 and continue straight. Keep an eye out for signs for Piriápolis. As you approach Piriápolis, continue on Rambla de los Argentinos. You will find Paseo de la Pasiva at the intersection with Atanasio Sierra, right near the waterfront.

To reach Paseo de la Pasiva using public transportation, look for the bus stop in the center of Cerro Pan de Azúcar. Take the bus heading to Piriápolis, which usually runs every hour. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Piriápolis bus terminal, exit the terminal and walk straight towards Rambla de los Argentinos. Turn left on Rambla de los Argentinos, and you will reach Paseo de la Pasiva in about 10 minutes.
