From the center of Piriápolis, head east on Avenida Artigas. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 37. Turn left onto Route 37 and follow it for about 10 kilometers. Look for the signs indicating 'Cerro de los Toros.' As you approach the mountain, you will find a parking area available for visitors. Parking is free.

To reach Cerro de los Toros via public transportation, start by walking to the main bus terminal in Piriápolis. Look for buses heading towards Maldonado.
