Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, start from the center of Piriápolis. Head east on Avenida Piria towards Rambla de los Argentinos. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 24. Turn right onto Calle 24 and continue for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass through a residential area. Look for signs directing you to the Virgin Fishermen, which is located at the coordinates 4P9C+XFG. The site is situated nearby the coastline, and there is parking available nearby.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Virgin Fishermen using public transport, you can take a local bus from the main bus terminal in Piriápolis. Look for the bus line that heads towards Playa Hermosa. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. You should disembark at the bus stop closest to Calle 24. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk. Head north on Calle 24 until you reach the coastline, then follow the signs leading to Virgin Fishermen. Bus fares are typically around 30-50 Uruguayan pesos.

• Walking

  If you are already near the beachfront, you can walk to Virgin Fishermen by heading north along the Rambla de los Argentinos. Enjoy the scenic views as you make your way towards Calle 24. Once you reach Calle 24, turn right and continue walking until you see Virgin Fishermen. This is a lovely stroll that takes about 25-30 minutes from the center of Piriápolis.
