If you're driving from any point in Punta Ballena, head east on Route 10 towards Punta del Este. After approximately 3 kilometers, turn left onto Av. del Mar. Follow this road for another 1.5 kilometers until you see signs for El Emir beach. The beach entrance will be on your right.
