If you're driving from Punta Ballena, head northeast on Ruta 10. Continue for about 15 kilometers until you reach the town of Piriápolis. As you enter Piriápolis, look for the signs indicating 'Rambla de los Argentinos'. Turn right onto Rambla de los Argentinos and drive for about 1 kilometer. The Paseo de la Pasiva will be on your left, located at the intersection with Atanasio Sierra.

To reach Paseo de la Pasiva by public transportation, take a bus from Punta Ballena to Piriápolis. The bus departs regularly from the main bus terminal in Punta Ballena. Once you arrive at the Piriápolis bus terminal, exit and head towards the main road, which is Rambla de los Argentinos. Walk northeast along Rambla de los Argentinos for about 1 kilometer. You will find the Paseo de la Pasiva on your left at the intersection with Atanasio Sierra.
