Walking
If you are in the central area of Punta del Este, start by heading towards Av. Gorlero, the main avenue. Walk east on Av. Gorlero until you reach the intersection with Calle 27. Turn left onto Calle 27 and continue walking until you reach the coastal promenade, La Rambla. Once you reach La Rambla, turn right and continue walking along the waterfront. After about 10 minutes, you will see Puerto de Punta del Este on your left. The entrance to the port is clearly marked.

To get to Puerto de Punta del Este by bus, find a nearby bus stop that serves the local routes. Look for buses heading towards 'La Barra' or those that stop near the port area. The bus ride should take around 10-15 minutes. Disembark at the stop closest to the port, which will be announced. From there, it’s just a short walk towards the waterfront where you will find Puerto de Punta del Este.

If you prefer to ride a bike, rent one from a local shop in the city. Head towards Av. Gorlero, then follow the same route as for walking. Use Calle 27 to reach La Rambla, where you can cycle comfortably along the waterfront. Continue riding until you reach Puerto de Punta del Este.
