Walking
If you are starting from the Punta del Este Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and head south towards Avenida Gorlero. Turn left onto Avenida Gorlero and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 22. Continue straight on Avenida Gorlero until you reach the beach. Once you arrive at the beach, turn right and walk along the coastline. Continue walking until you see the famous hand sculpture, 'La Mano'. From there, continue walking along the beach until you reach the next pier area. Muelle 3 is located at Rb. Dr. Claudio Williman 22, just past the dock area.
