Car
From Quebrada de los Cuervos National Park, take Route 7 (Ruta 7) heading west toward Treinta y Tres. After approximately 35 kilometers, take the exit toward Route 8 (Ruta 8) heading south. Continue on Ruta 8 for about 90 kilometers until you reach Montevideo. Once in Montevideo, follow signs for Avenida Italia and then merge onto Route 1 (Ruta 1). Follow Route 1 for about 12 kilometers and take the exit toward Del Humedal, which leads directly to Humedales del Santa Lucía. The entire drive takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on traffic.

To reach Humedales del Santa Lucía via public transportation, first take a bus from Quebrada de los Cuervos to the nearest larger town, such as Treinta y Tres. From Treinta y Tres, catch a bus to Montevideo, which should take around 2 hours. Once in Montevideo, you can take a local bus (Bus number 180 or similar) towards Del Humedal. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes, and you will need to pay a fare (usually around 30-50 Uruguayan Pesos) for the local bus. Ensure to check the bus schedules ahead of time, as they may vary.
