Getting there

Car

From the center of Queguay, head southwest on Calle 18 de Julio toward Ruta 3. Continue on Ruta 3 for approximately 10 kilometers. Look for signs indicating 'Montes del Queguay' as you approach. Turn left onto Unnamed Road (RQC6+PW8) and follow it for about 5 kilometers. You will see the entrance to Montes del Queguay on your right. Ensure you have enough fuel as there are limited gas stations along this route.

Public Transportation

From Queguay, take a local bus heading toward Paysandú. Buses leave from the main terminal in Queguay. Ensure to check the schedule ahead of time as services may vary. After about 30-40 minutes on the bus, get off at the Paysandú terminal. From there, you will need to take a taxi or a rideshare service to Montes del Queguay, which is about a 20-minute drive and should cost around 500-700 Uruguayan Pesos. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before getting in.

Bicycle

For the adventurous, consider cycling from Queguay to Montes del Queguay. Head southwest from the center of Queguay on Calle 18 de Julio toward Ruta 3. Follow the same route as by car, which is approximately 15 kilometers one way. The ride will take about 1-2 hours depending on your pace.
