By Car
If you're traveling by car from any location in Rocha Coast, head towards Route 9 (Ruta 9). Follow the signs towards Punta del Este. After approximately 40 minutes of driving, you will reach Punta del Este. Once in the city, follow Av. Gorlero, which is the main avenue. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Av. Francisco Salazar. From there, take the second exit onto Av. 2 de Febrero. The Faro de Punta del Este will be on your right side at the address 2 de Febrero 9001-9002. Parking is available near the lighthouse, but be aware that it may require a small fee depending on the time of year.

For those using public transportation, take a local bus from any town in Rocha Coast that connects to Punta del Este. The bus company 'COT' operates several routes to Punta del Este. Make sure to check the bus schedule for accurate timings. Upon arrival at the Punta del Este bus terminal, you can walk to the lighthouse, which is about a 20-minute walk. Exit the terminal and head towards Av. Gorlero, then follow the same route described for drivers, taking Av. 2 de Febrero to reach the Faro de Punta del Este at 2 de Febrero 9001-9002.
