Continue on Route 10 for about 20 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Cabo Polonio. Note that access to Cabo Polonio is restricted to 4x4 vehicles due to sandy roads. You can park your car at the designated parking area and then take a 4x4 vehicle from the parking lot to Cabo Polonio, which costs around 300 Uruguayan pesos per person for a round trip.
