From Punta del Este, head to the Punta del Este bus terminal located at Calle 43 y Avenida 18. Purchase a ticket for the bus heading to Pan de Azúcar. The bus ride takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Pan de Azúcar bus station, exit the bus and you will be in the town center. From there, you can walk towards the direction of the Pan de Azúcar hill, which is visible from the town.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from your location in Punta del Este. Simply hail a taxi or call a taxi service to pick you up. Inform the driver that you want to go to Pan de Azúcar. The journey will take about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach Pan de Azúcar, you can ask the driver to drop you off at the foot of the hill.

Bicycle
For the more adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Punta del Este. Start at the main avenue, Avenida Gorlero, and head towards Route 10. Follow Route 10 to the northeast until you reach the junction with Route 12. Continue on Route 12, and after around 15 kilometers, you will see signs for Pan de Azúcar. The ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on your speed. Once you arrive, park your bike and enjoy the scenic views.
