Continue straight for about 20 kilometers until you reach the roundabout near Piriápolis. Take the first exit onto Route 37 (Ruta 37) towards Piriápolis. Keep going straight until you reach the junction with Gaboto Street. Turn right onto Gaboto Street, and you will find the Church of Piria at number 1 on your left.
