Once you arrive in Colonia, follow signs for the city center. As you approach, look for Avenida Artigas and turn onto it. Continue on this road until you reach Manuel de Lobo Street. Plaza 1811 will be located at the coordinates provided. Parking may be available on the street or in designated lots nearby, but be prepared to pay a small parking fee if applicable.
