Car
If you are driving, begin by heading to the town of Moab, which serves as a common starting point for visitors to Canyonlands National Park. From Moab, take US-191 North for approximately 28 miles until you reach the junction with UT-313. Turn left onto UT-313 and continue for about 22 miles until you reach the entrance to Canyonlands National Park. Once inside the park, follow the signs to Island in the Sky District. After exploring this area, you will need to exit the park and head back to US-191. From there, continue north to the junction with UT-95. Turn left onto UT-95 and drive for about 40 miles until you reach Hite Overlook, which will be on your left. Look for the designated parking area for the overlook.
