Getting There

  From the main entrance of Canyonlands National Park, take the road leading out towards Moab. Merge onto US-191 North. Continue driving for about 27 miles. Wilson Arch will be on your right side, just before you reach the junction for La Sal Loop Road. There is a small parking area on the right where you can stop to view the arch.

• Public Transportation

  If you are using public transportation, you can catch a bus from Moab that goes towards the national parks. Check the local transit schedule for times and availability. Get off at the nearest bus stop along US-191, which is typically near Wilson Arch. From there, it's a short walk (approximately 0.2 miles) to the arch, following the shoulder of the road. Ensure you have a map or directions to help navigate this short walk.

  For those who are adventurous, biking from Moab to Wilson Arch is a great option. Rent a bike in Moab and take the US-191 North route.   If you are staying nearby and want to walk to Wilson Arch, ensure you are well-prepared with water and sun protection. Head out from your accommodation towards US-191. Depending on your starting point, the distance may vary. Once on US-191, walk towards the arch, which is located about 27 miles from the main Canyonlands entrance. Please note that walking along the highway can be unsafe due to traffic, so it is advised to use caution.
