Follow UT-313 for about 20 miles until you reach the entrance to Canyonlands National Park. After paying the entrance fee (typically around $30 per vehicle), continue driving until you reach the Grand View Point Overlook. From here, you will need to drive back to the junction and take the dirt road marked for 'Colorado River' or 'Potash Road'. Follow this road for about 10 miles until you see the parking area for the Morning Glory Arch trailhead.
