To reach Antelope Island State Park from any location in Canyonlands, start by heading north on US-191. Continue on US-191 until you reach I-70. Merge onto I-70 West and travel approximately 30 miles, then take exit 4 for US-89 North towards Brigham City. Follow US-89 for about 45 miles until you reach the junction with UT-107. Turn left onto UT-107 and follow it until you reach the Antelope Island Causeway. There is a $10 entrance fee per vehicle to enter the park.

If you're using public transportation, you can take a bus from Moab to Salt Lake City. Upon arriving in Salt Lake City, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach the park. The distance from downtown Salt Lake City to Antelope Island State Park is approximately 45 miles. Keep in mind that this option may require careful planning and coordination with bus schedules. The entrance fee to the park will still apply, which is $10 per vehicle.

For the more adventurous, consider cycling to Antelope Island State Park. From Canyonlands, you can take the same route as by car, but be prepared for a long ride of approximately 75 miles. Ensure you have plenty of water and snacks, as well as a good map or GPS device. The entrance fee of $10 per vehicle also applies to cyclists, but if you’re on a bike, this fee is typically reduced.
