From the Island in the Sky entrance of Canyonlands National Park, take UT-313 East for about 6 miles until you reach the junction with US-191. Turn right (south) onto US-191. Continue for approximately 28 miles until you reach the town of Teasdale. From Teasdale, follow Fishlake National Forest signs to Larb Hollow Overlook. Take a left onto the road leading into the forest and follow it for about 5 miles until you reach the overlook. Be aware that some sections of this road may be unpaved and require a high-clearance vehicle.
