From Moab, head west on US-191 for approximately 23 miles. Turn left onto UT-313, which will lead you to the entrance of Canyonlands National Park. After entering the park, continue on the Island in the Sky Scenic Drive for about 10 miles. Look for the Powell Point trailhead on your left. There is a parking area available, and from there, follow the well-marked trail to Powell Point Vista. Be aware that there is a park entrance fee of $30 per vehicle, valid for 7 days.
