To reach Sand Island Petroglyphs from Canyonlands National Park, start by exiting the park via the Island in the Sky entrance. Head south on UT-191 for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with UT-163. Turn left onto UT-163 and follow it for about 30 miles toward Bluff. Once you reach Bluff, turn left onto Sand Island Road (the road is well-marked) and continue for about 1 mile. The petroglyphs will be on your right. There is no entrance fee specifically for the petroglyphs, but be sure to check for any fees associated with accessing the surrounding areas.
