If you are starting from the Capitol Reef National Park Visitor Center, head east on UT-24. Continue for about 10 miles until you reach the junction with UT-12. Turn left onto UT-12 and drive for approximately 3 miles. Look for the sign for Behunin Cabin on the right. Turn onto the dirt road leading to the cabin, and you will find parking available nearby.
