Car
From the Capitol Reef National Park Visitor Center, head south on UT-24 for approximately 10 miles. Continue straight onto UT-12, passing through the small town of Torrey. After about 20 miles, keep an eye out for The Hogback, which will be on your left as you approach Boulder. There are several pullouts along the road for parking, so you can stop and take in the views safely.
Public Transportation
There is no direct public transportation that goes to The Hogback from Capitol Reef National Park. However, you can take a shuttle or taxi service from the Visitor Center to the town of Boulder. Once you arrive in Boulder, The Hogback is located along UT-12. You may need to walk a short distance along the roadside to find a suitable spot to take in the scenic views.
