  From the Visitor Center in Capitol Reef National Park, head east on UT-24. Continue on UT-24 for about 22 miles until you reach the junction with UT-95. Turn left onto UT-95 and drive for approximately 22 miles. After this, take a right onto Hanksville's Main Street (100 E) and continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach 380 E 100 N, Hanksville, UT 84734. Look for the Wolverton Mill, which is located on your right.

• Public Transportation

  While public transportation options are limited in this remote area, you can take a Greyhound bus or a local shuttle to Hanksville from larger cities like Salt Lake City or Provo. Once you arrive in Hanksville, you will need to use a taxi or rideshare service to reach Wolverton Mill at 380 E 100 N. It is advisable to check the availability of local taxis ahead of time, as they may not be readily available.

• Bicycle

  For the more adventurous, consider biking from Capitol Reef National Park. Start at the Visitor Center and take UT-24 east for about 22 miles. The road is generally safe for cyclists, but be cautious of the traffic. Once you reach the junction of UT-95, continue on the same route as a car. After approximately 22 miles, turn right onto Hanksville's Main Street and proceed to 380 E 100 N, Hanksville, UT 84734.
