Travel Guide to Cedar City Lighthouse

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Cedar City downtown area, head north on Main Street towards Center Street. Turn right onto Center Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with 200 North. Turn left onto 200 North and walk until you reach 200 East. Turn right at this intersection. Continue walking on 200 East until you reach the intersection with 300 North. From here, you will need to find a local trail that leads towards the Cedar City Lighthouse area. Follow the signs leading to the scenic trails, which will guide you towards the lighthouse. The lighthouse is located in a scenic spot, so be sure to enjoy the view along the way.

• Bicycle

  Starting from the Cedar City downtown area, rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops. Begin your journey by heading north on Main Street. At Center Street, turn right and continue until you reach 200 North. Turn left on 200 North, and then take another right onto 200 East. As you ride, look for signs indicating bike-friendly paths towards the Cedar City Lighthouse. Follow these paths, and be sure to stop at scenic overlooks along the way before reaching the lighthouse.

• Public Transportation

  Check the local bus schedule for Cedar City. Board a bus that heads towards the Cedar City parks or scenic areas. Ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach the nearest stop to the Cedar City Lighthouse. Once you get off the bus, you may have to walk a short distance to find the trail leading to the lighthouse. Follow the walking paths and any directional signs to reach your destination.
