From Cedar Valley, head east on 12300 South toward 5600 West. Continue straight for about 5 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 111. Turn left onto Highway 111, heading north. Continue on Highway 111 for approximately 10 miles until you reach the exit for 7200 South. Merge onto 7200 South and follow it until you reach the east entrance to Bells Canyon, which is marked by a parking area. If you prefer public transportation, start at the Cedar Valley Transit Station and take bus route 803 towards Salt Lake City. Transfer at the 7200 South station to Route 45 towards Sandy. Get off at the stop near the 7200 South exit for the Bells Canyon trailhead. Be aware that public transport may have limited schedules, so check the latest times. Once you reach the stop, it's a short walk to the entrance of Bells Canyon, which is a popular hiking area.

There are bike lanes available for most of the route. The ride is approximately 15 miles and will take you roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on your cycling speed.
