Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, start by heading east on S 5600 W toward W 7800 S. Continue straight for about 2 miles. At the intersection, turn left onto W 7800 S. Continue for about 1 mile, and you will see Veterans Memorial Park on your right at 1985 W 7800 S, West Jordan, UT 84088. There are no parking fees at the park.

• Public Transportation

  If you are using public transportation, you can take the UTA bus service. Check the UTA website for the latest bus routes that operate in Cedar Valley. You would typically need to take a bus that connects to the nearest major route, such as Route 217 or Route 35, which can take you north toward West Jordan. Get off at the nearest bus stop to W 7800 S and walk approximately 0.5 miles west to reach Veterans Memorial Park. Be sure to check the UTA schedule for the most convenient times and any transfer requirements.

• Bicycle

  For those who prefer cycling, Cedar Valley has bike lanes that make it safer to ride. From the center of Cedar Valley, take Cedar Valley Road toward W 7800 S. Once you reach W 7800 S, turn left and continue for about 1 mile. The park will be on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local biking regulations.

  If you are close enough to walk, make your way to W 7800 S. From there, head west for about 1 mile. You will pass by local shops and homes, and the park will be on your right side. Ensure you have proper walking shoes and stay hydrated.
