From the center of Escalante, head east on UT-12 (Main Street) for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Escalante Petrified Forest State Park. Turn left (north) onto the road and continue for about 3 miles until you reach the entrance of the park. Note: This area does not have public transportation, so if you are not within walking distance, consider using a bicycle or ride-sharing service to reach the park entrance.

Once you arrive at the Escalante Petrified Forest State Park, you will need to hike to Grosvenor Arch. From the parking area, follow the park's designated trails to the north. The hike to Grosvenor Arch is approximately 2.5 miles and can take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace. Follow the signs for Grosvenor Arch, and be prepared for uneven terrain. Make sure to bring water and wear appropriate hiking shoes.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can bike to Grosvenor Arch from Escalante. Start from the center of Escalante and follow UT-12 east for about 0.5 miles.
