From the Cedar Breaks National Monument Visitor Center, head east on UT-148. Continue on UT-148 until you reach the junction with US-89. Turn right onto US-89 South and follow it for approximately 15 miles. Then, turn left onto UT-9 East towards Hurricane. Continue on UT-9 for about 24 miles. Once you reach Hurricane, you will need to navigate to the Top of the World location. Head east on UT-59 for about 5 miles. The Top of the World viewpoint should be clearly marked along the road.
