    From central Dixie, head north on US-89 N towards the town of Dutch John. After approximately 2 hours of driving, you will reach Dutch John. Once in Dutch John, continue on Browns Park Rd for about 10 minutes. The John Jarvie Historic Ranch will be located on your right. There is no entrance fee to visit the ranch, but be sure to check the hours of operation as it is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

  • Public Transportation

    Public transportation options are limited in this area, but you can take a Greyhound bus to Vernal, Utah. From Vernal, you would need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to Dutch John. Once in Dutch John, follow Browns Park Rd for about 10 minutes to reach the John Jarvie Historic Ranch. Make sure to plan accordingly as public transport services are not frequent.
