To reach Little Hole Recreation Area by car, start at the Flaming Gorge Dam Visitor Center located at 1660 E Flaming Gorge Rd, Dutch John, UT 84023. Head east on E Flaming Gorge Rd for about 3 miles. Then, turn left onto UT-44 N and continue for approximately 7 miles. Look for signs directing you towards Little Hole Recreation Area. Turn left onto the access road once you see the sign, and follow it for about 2 miles until you arrive at the recreation area parking lot. Note that there is no entrance fee for the area, but parking may be limited during peak seasons.
