Getting There

Car
From Dixie, Utah, head southeast on UT-9 E. Continue on UT-9 E for about 25 miles. You will pass through the town of Hurricane, where you can potentially stop for gas or snacks. Once you reach the town of Springdale, keep following UT-9 E, and you will see signs directing you to Zion National Park. The entrance to the park is about 1 mile from Springdale. Please note that there is an entrance fee of $35 per vehicle, which is valid for 7 days.

If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take the St. George Shuttle from various locations in Dixie to Springdale. The shuttle operates multiple times a day, and the fare is approximately $50 one way. Once you arrive in Springdale, you can either walk or take the free Zion Shuttle, which operates seasonally and takes you directly into the park. Check the shuttle schedule ahead of your visit to ensure availability.
