Start from the center of Escalante at the intersection of Main Street and Highway 12. Head south on Main Street until you reach the junction with Highway 12. Continue along Highway 12, following the signs for the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. After approximately 1.5 miles, look for the parking area for Escalante Natural Bridge on your left. Note that the trailhead is about a 0.5-mile walk from the parking area.

If you have a bicycle, begin your journey from the Escalante Visitor Center located at 755 W Main Street. Ride west along Main Street until it intersects with Highway 12. Turn left onto Highway 12 and continue cycling for about 1.5 miles. You will see the parking area for Escalante Natural Bridge on your left. After parking, it is a 0.5-mile hike to the natural bridge.
