If you are in downtown Kanab, head east on East Center Street towards South 100 East. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with South 300 East. Turn left onto South 300 East and walk for another 0.3 miles until you reach the junction with East 500 South. Here, you will see a sign for Buckskin Gulch. Continue on this path which will lead you to the trailhead for Buckskin Gulch Petroglyphs. The trailhead is located approximately 1 mile from this junction.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in downtown Kanab. Start by heading east on East Center Street, and then turn left onto South 300 East. Follow this road as it turns into a dirt road towards the east. The bike ride is approximately 2 miles and will take you right to the entrance of Buckskin Gulch Petroglyphs.
