Getting There

• Car

  From Havasu Falls, head southeast on AZ-64 S. Continue on AZ-64 S for approximately 60 miles, passing through the town of Williams. After Williams, continue on AZ-64 until you reach the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Turn left onto AZ-67 N, and follow the signs for the North Rim. After about 25 miles, look for the House Rock Valley Overlook sign on your left. There is a parking area available at the overlook.

• Public Transportation

  To reach House Rock Valley Overlook using public transportation, first take a shuttle bus from Havasu Falls to Williams, AZ. Once in Williams, transfer to the Grand Canyon Shuttle that operates routes to the North Rim. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule in advance, as it may vary by season. Once you arrive at the North Rim, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the House Rock Valley Overlook, which is approximately 15 miles away. Note that public transportation may take longer and have limited schedules, especially during the off-season.

• Bicycle

  For adventurous travelers, biking from Havasu Falls to House Rock Valley Overlook is an option, though it requires good fitness and preparation. Start on AZ-64 S and bike towards the North Rim. The total distance is about 85 miles, so plan for an overnight stay or a very early start. Be aware that the terrain can be challenging, and ensure you have sufficient water and supplies, as there are limited services along the route.
