If you're starting from downtown Moab, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Head east on Main Street towards the intersection with 500 North. Turn left onto 500 North and continue until you reach the end of the road. At the T-intersection, turn right onto State Route 313. Follow this road for about 12 miles until you reach the entrance of the Canyonlands National Park. The White Rim Overlook is located just inside the park, with signs directing you to the viewpoint.

From downtown Moab, walk towards the Moab Visitor Center located on 25 East Center Street. Once there, inquire about shuttle services to the White Rim Overlook. Alternatively, if you're feeling adventurous and have the time, you can walk east on Center Street to connect with State Route 313, but this will be quite a long trek, approximately 12 miles, so it's recommended to utilize shuttle services or cycling instead.
