From the center of Mt Carmel, head north on Main Street. Continue walking straight for about 12 miles. You'll pass through beautiful rural landscapes and small farms along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards Cedar City, as Dixie National Forest is located just off Main Street in Cedar City.

If you're up for a bike ride, start from Mt Carmel and take the Main Street northbound. The ride is approximately 12 miles and offers scenic views of the surrounding area. Make sure to wear a helmet and stay on the right side of the road. Once you reach Cedar City, look for the signs indicating Dixie National Forest, which is located at 820 N Main St.
Public Transport
There is limited public transportation available in the area. However, you can take a shuttle service from Mt Carmel to Cedar City. Check local listings for shuttle times and availability. Once you arrive in Cedar City, walk north on Main Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach 820 N Main St, where Dixie National Forest is located.
