Walking
Starting from the center of Mt. Carmel, head east on UT-9 (Main St). Continue walking for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with S 3000 E. Turn left onto S 3000 E and keep walking for about 1 mile. You will see a trailhead on your right for the hiking trail leading towards Mollies Nipple. Take the trail and follow the signs for the next 1.5 miles, which will lead you up towards Mollies Nipple. The hike can be steep, so make sure to wear appropriate footwear and carry water.
Biking
If you have access to a bicycle, start in the center of Mt. Carmel and ride east on UT-9 (Main St) for approximately 2 miles. Once you reach the intersection with S 3000 E, turn left and continue biking for 1 mile. Look out for the trailhead on your right; it will be clearly marked. Secure your bike at the trailhead and begin your hike for about 1.5 miles to reach Mollies Nipple. The trail can be challenging, so ensure you are prepared for a rigorous ride and hike.
