Walking
From the center of Mt. Carmel, start walking south on US-89. Continue for about 2.5 miles until you reach the junction with UT-9. Turn left onto UT-9, which will take you toward Zion National Park. Keep an eye out for the signs for Zion National Park. Walk for about 10 miles along UT-9, enjoying the scenic views along the way. As you approach Springdale, you will see signs for the park entrance.

After entering Zion National Park, follow the signs to the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive. This area is accessible on foot. You can take the shuttle service (if available) or hike along the scenic drive. To reach Orderville Gulch, head towards the Temple of Sinawava at the end of the shuttle route. From there, you can access the Narrows trail, which leads you to Orderville Gulch. The hike to Orderville Gulch is around 2 miles and involves some climbing and navigating through water, so be prepared with appropriate gear.
