From the center of Mt. Carmel, head east on US-89 for approximately 2 miles until you reach the junction with UT-12. Turn left onto UT-12 and continue for about 10 miles. Upon reaching the area near Panguitch, you will need to park at the nearest trailhead for Red Canyon Arch, which is about a mile from the road. Follow the marked hiking trails that lead to the arch.
