Start at the Mt. Carmel Visitor Center located at 100 E. Main St., Mt. Carmel, UT. Head east on Main St. until you reach the intersection with US-89. Turn left onto US-89 and continue walking north for approximately 1.5 miles. Moqui Cave is located at 4581 US-89, Kanab, UT 84741, which will be on your right side. Look for the sign indicating Moqui Cave as you approach.
