From Solitude Mountain Resort, head east on Solitude Mountain Road. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Big Cottonwood Canyon Road (UT-190). Turn right onto UT-190 and follow it for approximately 5 miles. As you approach Park City, look for signs for Empire Pass. Turn left onto Empire Pass Road and continue for about 2 miles until you reach the Empire Pass View Area parking lot. Note that parking may require a fee, so be prepared to pay for parking if necessary.
