Take the exit toward Washington and merge onto E Washington Dam Rd. Continue on this road for about 1.5 miles, then turn left onto S Green Springs Dr. After 0.5 miles, turn right onto E 2000 N Rd. The License Plate Tower will be on your right. There is no parking fee, but be sure to park in designated areas.
