Car
From downtown St. George, head northeast on E Tabernacle St towards N 200 E. Continue onto S 1000 E, then turn left onto E 700 S. Merge onto I-15 N via the ramp to Salt Lake City. Take exit 8 for UT-9 towards Hurricane. Continue on UT-9 E for about 16 miles. Turn right onto S 3000 E, then left onto E 1000 S. Follow this road until you reach the White Dome Nature Preserve at 37.014971, -113.563910. Note that parking is available on-site.

Unfortunately, there is no direct public transportation to White Dome Nature Preserve from St. George. However, you can take a Greyhound or a local shuttle to Hurricane, UT. Once in Hurricane, you will likely need to arrange for a taxi or a rideshare service to get to the preserve.
