Walking
From Torrey's main street, head west towards the intersection with Highway 12. As you approach the intersection, look for a sign directing you towards Capitol Reef National Park. Continue walking along Highway 12. After about 1 mile, you will see a small parking area on your left; this is the entrance to the Sunset Point Trail. Follow the path leading towards the trailhead, which is well-marked with signs.

If you have access to a bike, start from the Torrey Town Park located on 200 East. Ride west on 200 East until you reach Highway 12. Turn left onto Highway 12, and continue biking for about 1 mile. Look for the Sunset Point Trail parking area on your left. Secure your bike and follow the path to the trailhead.
