Walking
Start in the center of Torrey, near the intersection of UT-24 and Main Street. Head south on Main Street until you reach the junction with UT-24. Turn left onto UT-24 and walk along the shoulder of the road. Continue for about 1.5 miles until you see the entrance to Capitol Reef National Park on your right. The entrance has clear signage and a parking area. Enter the park on foot through the visitor entrance.
Hiking
Once inside Capitol Reef National Park, follow the signs towards the Cassidy Arch trailhead. The trailhead is located about 10 miles from the entrance. The hike to Cassidy Arch is approximately 3 miles round trip and involves a moderate elevation gain. Follow the well-marked trail, which will lead you through beautiful canyon scenery and eventually to the arch. Be sure to take breaks and enjoy the views along the way.
