Car
If you are starting from Vernal, UT, take US-40 E towards Jensen. Travel approximately 24 miles until you reach the junction with UT-149. Turn right onto UT-149 and continue for about 5 miles. The Josie Morris Cabin is located within the Dinosaur National Monument area. Look for signs directing you to the visitor center as you approach. Note that there is an entrance fee to the monument, which is usually around $20 per vehicle.
Car
From Roosevelt, UT, head south on US-191 S for about 18 miles. Then take the exit for US-40 E towards Jensen. Continue for approximately 6 miles until you reach the junction with UT-149. Turn right onto UT-149 and follow the signs to the Josie Morris Cabin. Remember that there is a fee to enter the national monument.
Public Transportation + Car
If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Salt Lake City to Vernal. Once in Vernal, you can rent a car or use a ridesharing service to reach the Josie Morris Cabin. Follow the same driving directions as mentioned for traveling from Vernal. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may not run frequently.
